On top of that, keeping track of ship records is even more problematic. Sea Service Calculator addresses such requirements.

Contrary to its name, this app is actually not a calculator, but a tool that will allow you to input, edit, and manage records about ship and vessels, enabling you to perform sorting and queries if required.

Sea Service Calculator features a very basic modus operandi, which will allow you to input data manually and preview it in the list view. The input process is quite simple, and you will be able to add several details, whose scope addresses a wide range of information.

For instance, you will be able to add a preferred name, ship type, engine power, rank, as well as monitoring type. The categories can be defined on the fly, and having set them up, these will be available for selection when creating new entries. Pretty cool.

One of the main purposes of Sea Service Calculator is its ability to allow you to perform queries based on rank and position for the entries database. This will allow you to perform selections in a more advanced way, based on the two aforementioned parameters.

However, as practical as that might be, I find it insufficient for a good and efficient handling of the database. A dedicated filtering or search module, with more advanced features, would have been far more beneficial.

Despite having a simple demeanor and clear handling, this sea service records manager does lack more advanced functionality, such as that pertaining to searches and filtering, and therefore offers only basic features.
