The Low-speed combo menu is the star of the show. Selecting a value between 1 and 20 will decide how slow your mouse will move when the modifier key is engaged. The default key is set to right ALT, but it can be swapped with SHIFT or CTRL, including their position variations. Other than that, Slow Mouse has nothing to offer regarding configuration.
