Get Organized Portable is a software utility whose purpose is to aid students in keeping their course schedule organized, reminding them of assignments and monitoring grades.

You can easily skip the installation process, as this is the portable version of Get Organized. This also means that, unlike the installer counterpart, it is not going to add new items to the Windows registry and hard drive without your approval and after its removal no leftovers will remain.

Assignments can be added along with a custom priority level, due date, the course it is for, textbooks you might need and a short description pertaining to it. After handing in the project, you can also insert the grade you received.

A calendar can be viewed in the main window, while you can view a graphical representation of your grades evolution during the entire term, for each and every course. Backups can be created in a custom location on the hard drive, using a GBAK file extension, so as to prevent sudden data loss.

The CPU and memory usage is minimal at all times and thus, the system’s performance is not going to be impeded. The response time is good, the interface is user-friendly, extensive Help contents are provided and a color-coded system is in place so that you can quickly figure out priority levels.
