Portable WinSent Innocenti

This is the portable edition of WinSent Innocenti, a simple and powerful software application that lets you view received messages via the Windows Messenger Service. It lets you manage several handy settings and runs from the system tray.

Since there is no installation involved, you can save the program files to a custom location on the hard disk and just click the executable to run the app. Another possibility is to save it to a pen drive or other removable storage unit, in order to run it on any PC with minimum effort and no previous installers.

An important aspect worth taking into account is that the program does not modify Windows registry settings or create additional files on the disk without your permission, thus leaving the disk clean after removal.

As previously mentioned, WinSent Innocenti creates an icon in the taskbar notifications area at startup, thus facilitating quick access to its settings. It pops up messages as soon as they are received, and you can easily go to the previous or next ones. Plus, they can be copied to the Clipboard with one click.

WinSent Innocenti can be asked to automatically run at every Windows startup until further notice. You can switch to another language for the interface, disable sound effects for broadcast and personal messages, as well as manually close the popup window instead of automatically.

We have not come across any stability issues in our testing, since WinSent Innocenti did not hang, crash or pop up error messages. It is very responsive to commands and runs on a low amount of CPU and RAM, so it shouldn't put a strain on computer performance.

To sum it up, WinSent Innocenti provides a fast and simple method to viewing received messages via Windows Messenger Service. However, it cannot send them.
