Small Mail Sender Portable

This is the portable counterpart of Small Mail Sender, a small-sized application that lets you quickly send emails in single or batch mode.

It comes packed with an intuitive set of options that can be easily configured, along with some advanced settings for more experienced users.

Since there is no setup pack involved, you can drop the executable file in any location on the hard disk and just click it to run.

There is also the possibility of saving Small Mail Sender to a mass storage device (like a USB flash disk) in order to run it on any PC with minimum effort and no previous installers.

The Windows registry and Start menu do not get updated with new entries, and no extra files are created on the disk, leaving it clean after removal.

The user-friendly interface is represented by a normal window split into two panes, dedicated to sending a single mail, and mails from files, respectively.

In the first one it is suffice to enter the sender's and receiver's email addresses, along with the subject and message. Small Mail Sender is able to check if the body contains HTML tags, as well as to send the message directly or via SMTP. 

The last mentioned option requires you to fill in the SMTP server, port, user and password. Sending mails from files is done just as easily. Worth mentioning is that it is possible to attach files as well. 

Small Mail Sender does not put a strain on PC performance, as it runs on low CPU and RAM. It is very responsive to commands and works well, without causing Windows to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. We have not encountered any difficulties throughout our evaluation.

To sum it up, Small Mail Sender is a pretty straightforward tool that offers a simple solution to sending emails in single or batch mode, geared toward all user levels.
