TweetDeck Portable

TweetDeck Portable is no longer supported by Twitter since April 15th 2016. You can check out its closest alternative, TweetDuck, an open-source and unofficial Twitter client.

TweetDeck Portable is a software application which enables users to check out what is happening on their Tweeter account.

This is the portable counterpart of TweetDeck, meaning that you can skip the installation process. You can copy the program files to any location on the HDD, in order to run it from there, by simply clicking the executable. In addition to that, it is possible to use this software utility on any computer you have access to, by simply dropping the aforementioned files to a portable storage unit.

It is important to keep in mind that TweetDeck Portable is not going to update with new entries the Start menu/screen and Windows registry.

The interface is very simple and easy-to-use, for any person, regardless of their previous experience with computers. It is comprised of several columns, which enable you to view “Interactions,” “Messages,” “Activity” and “Home” on one single page. It is possible to add other columns, such as mentions, lists, followers and the list goes on.

This software tool incorporates a search function, so that you can look for tweets and users by inputting a keyword.

You can schedule Tweets and stream them in real-time, turn on alerts, manage multiple accounts, change the skin, show notifications on startup, minimize to tray on close and customize the font size and column width.
