Proxy Multiply Portable

Designed as the portable twin of Proxy Multiply, this is an advanced and easy-to-use application that enables you to quickly locate and test proxies.

The only thing you have to install on the PC is .NET Framework. Afterward, you can save Proxy Multiply anywhere on the disk or an external drive and directly run it. Just make sure the storage device is not write-protected because the app downloads and copies files when updating itself.

Represented by a large window with a well-structured layout, the interface is rather user-friendly. You can import proxies from the Clipboard or an external file, manually type them one at a time, or ask the tool to automatically fetch all proxies in range.

Once the scan job is over, you can investigate the speed, type, country, region, city, status, and last checked time for each proxy. These are color-coded by speed to help you easily tell apart the fast and medium from the slow and very slow ones.

It's possible to retest proxies anytime, copy their information to the Clipboard or export it to file, use a search function, as well as download add-ons to expand Proxy Multiply's functionality.

The utility lets you modify the default URL crawling timeout and number of threads to use, limit the proxy list size, skip reloading the last proxy list at startup, minimize Proxy Multiply to the system tray, accept proxies on specific ports only, enable filtering by country, and save dead proxies to file. What's more, you can test proxies for SOCKS4 and SOCKS5, and check the anonymity of HTTP proxies.

The app didn't hang, crash or display errors in our tests, nor put a strain on the computer's performance. Proxy Multiply features powerful options for locating and testing proxies. However, the price of the overall package is pretty high.
