Portable AudioPlayer

Portable AudioPlayer is a small software tool that allows you to open various audio and playlist formats, such as MP3, WAV, WMA, ASX, WMX, M3U, and many others.

This utility is the portable version of AudioPlayer. It doesn't require installation, which means that you can store Portable AudioPlayer on a removable device and take it with you everywhere.

The application comes with a dull interface and besides its feature used for changing the background color, it has no other options to make it more visually appealing.

Since the program doesn't have too many settings that can be tweaked, any type of user should be able to configure it with no effort.

Portable AudioPlayer lets you import your favorite audio files either using the browse button or the drag-and-drop support. It allows you to add single files or whole folders at once.

The utility comes with a main panel that displays your imported files in the form of a list so you can access them more easily.

Once the playlist is created, you can save it for later use. Unfortunately, the playlist displays only the name of the file. Details, such as name of the band or album, are not present.

Portable AudioPlayer can be integrated with MSN Messenger so that your friends can see what you are listening to. The application can also be set to display the lyrics of your songs.

Once you are done with listening to your music, you can log off the current user, restart the PC, or turn off the computer directly from the tool's interface. Last but not least, this program supports shortcuts for most of its functions to make it easier to use.

To sum it up, Portable AudioPlayer is a simple tool that comes with the basic functions of an audio player, but besides that, it brings nothing new.
