Jedi Color Picker Portable

Made as the portable counterpart of Jedi Color Picker, this application help you get ahold of any color from the screen by obtaining its HTML code and RGB (red, green, blue) values (among others).

It sports a lot of practical options, such as color preview mode with sample text shown above it, two-color selection mode, along with multiple output modes.

As there is no setup pack involved, you can drop the program files in a custom location on the disk and just click the .exe file to launch Jedi Color Picker. You can use a color picker to select any color from the desktop accompanied by a magnification tool, as well as zoom in and out while examining its RGB channels, mouse coordinates relative to the screen margins, zoom level, and area size. The color can be previewed in a small window embedded in the main frame, along with Lorem Ipsum sample text.

Likewise, it is possible to copy the code to the Clipboard in Delphi, C++, Visual Basic or Windows color reference format instead of HTML.

By default, the code is automatically copied to the Clipboard (this option can be deactivated). You can also convert it to uppercase, make the frame stay on top of other windows, hide Lorem Ipsum text from the preview window, ask Jedi Color Picker to launch directly in color picker mode, disable the skin to speed up the app's startup, save the current configuration or restore it to default, as well as change the UI language.

The software utility worked smoothly in our tests, without triggering Windows to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. CPU and RAM consumption was minimal, as expected.
