Portable QtColorPicker

Portable QtColorPicker can help users who regularly work with colors and require aid in making conversions between the main color models. The tool features a highly intuitive GUI and new users will find it very easy to convert between the several supported models.

There are three frames that control color selectors: one for hue, one for saturation and one for the actual value. Users are free to move the pointer in either frame to receive the actual codes. One of the great features about this small utility is that codes are generated simultaneously in HSV, RGB and CMYK.

Users also have the option of viewing the HEX and HEX# codes for any color sample. It should be noted, however, that one can also go about the problem the other way around, i.e. by inserting a code in either of the models, to receive the corresponding color.

The GUI is designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind, which makes this software very accessible to new users. There are no menus, tabs or important buttons and all the core operations can be performed with just a few mouse clicks.

An interesting and highly useful feature is the Clipboard integration. Once a color code has been selected, users are free to copy it to the Clipboard. This allows one to quickly transfer results to other applications.
