ResophNotes Portable

ResophNotes Portable is a software tool which was developed in order to help you create notes and access them from anywhere, by simply syncing them with your SimpleNote account.

This is the portable version of ResophNotes, which means that you are no longer required to go through the installation process. In addition to that, it is not going to update the Windows registry and hard drive with new entries without your approval (as installers usually do) and no remnants are going to be left behind after you discard it from the disk.

Most importantly, you should keep in mind that you can run ResophNotes Portable on any computer you come in contact with, by simply copying the program files to a USB thumb drive.

This application enables you to create and manage notes with ease, and append custom tags to them, so that you can find them faster. Aside from that, they are going to be displayed in the main window as a list, according to a specified criterion (e.g. the last modified date, tile), while a pane is also available to let you view the entire selected note.

A search function is integrated, while you can also pin certain notes to the top of the aforementioned list, e-mail them to other people through your default e-mail client, send them to the printer or save them to the hard drive as an HTML file.

You have to input your SimpleNote account to the settings panel, so that you can synchronize notes at a regular time interval. It is impossible to import data from TXT and CSV files, while backup and restore capabilities are also incorporated so as to prevent sudden loss of information.

To wrap it up, ResophNotes Portable is a pretty efficient piece of software when it comes to creating and syncing notes. The interface is minimal, all jobs are performed in a timely manner and system’s performance is not going to be hampered in any way. No errors, bugs or freezes have occurred during our tests.
