SSuite Office - CleverNote PIM Portable is a lightweight Windows application designed to help you schedule appointments, take notes, store information about your contacts, generate to-do lists, keep track of your money and expenses, as well as store multiple files into a virtual briefcase.

Since this is the portable version of the program, it is important to mention that it doesn’t leave any traces in the Windows Registry.

You can copy it on any USB flash drive or other devices, and take it with you whenever you need to organize your time with the aid of different virtual assistants on the fly, without having to go through installation steps.

SSuite Office - CleverNote PIM Portable gives you the possibility to create a new appointment by providing details about the description and comments, setting priorities, and specifying the time. Plus, you may edit or delete the appointments, and assign another date.

You can check out the built-in calendar for jumping from one month to another and observing the assignments highlighted with red. Plus, it offers support for an appointment index for the current month, so you can easily view and access your entries. Printing the selected appointment is also possible.

When it comes to adding a new contact to the list, you are allowed to insert information about the name, surname, address, country, postal code, phone number, email address, URL, notes, and other useful details. Plus, you can add an image from the computer or paste it from the clipboard, edit or delete the selected entry, and print the contact data.

SSuite Office - CleverNote PIM Portable provides support for a built-in text editor for helping you write notes. You may customize the text in terms of font, font style, size, and color, undo or redo your actions, insert emoticons and special characters, highlight the text with different colors, perform basic editing operations (cut, copy, paste, delete), as well as print or save the text to RTF or plain text file format.

A to-do list can be done by specifying the text and setting priorities. By default, the tool automatically arranges the entries from the to-do list according with their priorities and assigns them preset colors, so you can easily differentiate between them.

The program enables you to create a new account by providing details about the account type and balance, and manage the inter-account transfers. You may add details about your income and expenses, and print the information.

The tool lets you keep an eye on your travel expenses by adding data about travel location and description, location, purpose of the trip, start and end distance and date, comments, and others.

The utility offers support for a virtual container where you can keep all your personal documents. You can organize your files into different categories, view details about each item (e.g. filename, size, last accessed date), copy the file to the desired location, and perform search operations.

SSuite Office - CleverNote PIM Portable combines ease of use with a decent suite of features for helping you keep track of your events. On the downside, it doesn’t offer support for a master password, so other users can easily access and copy your sensitive data.
