Form Auto Fill Portable

In case you spend a lot of time filling in web forms on the Internet, Form Auto Fill Portable helps you automatically log in to websites with one click and complete registration forms. It works only with Internet Explorer, MSN Explorer and Maxthon Cloud Browser.

This is the portable edition of Form Auto Fill, which makes it the perfect candidate for being stored on USB flash drives or other portable devices. Plus, it can be opened on the target computer without having to go through installation steps. You can run it without administrative privileges.

The GUI looks clean and allows you to build up a list with forms. Form data can be imported from DAT, CSV or plain text file format and exported to DAT files. You can make the app sort forms by name.

Form Auto Fill Portable gives you the possibility to create forms automatically by saving them in IE, MSN Explorer and Maxthon, or manually set up a new one. Forms can be duplicated, renamed, modified, or deleted.

The program comes with support for a batch mode which allows you to automatically fill in forms and submit the information in cycle, one by one. You can choose the forms you want to process and set the delay time between filling and submitting forms in a cycle.

You can automatically run the utility at Windows startup, password-protect your data by setting up a master password and applying encryption options, and assign user-defined hotkeys for saving, filling and filling/submitting web forms.

Other important settings worth being mentioned enable you to fill in only empty fields, identify pages by URL or title, update information from a CSV file, and generate random passwords of any length.

To sum it up, Form Auto Fill gathers a smart suite of features under its hood for helping you automatically fill and submit web forms. On the downside, the setup process is not quite easy to follow by a beginner. Also, there’s support for only a limited number of web browsers, and Chrome, Opera and Firefox are not on the list.
