TimeStamp Changer is a small, open-source application that enables you to tweak the Last Modified attribute of one or multiple files with very little effort. It features a minimalistic UI and doesn’t require installation.

To process your files, you can either load them from the File menu or just drop them within the program’s main window. You will be asked to switch to Batch mode if more than one item is imported, and you can also load entire folders.

When configuring the new timestamp, you can select any past date from the calendar and set the time, as well as enter the current time and date. After asking you to confirm the action, the program will process all the imported files in one go.
