Portable WinBar

As the name clearly points out, Portable WinBar doesn’t need to be installed in order to function, so you can just as well carry it on a thumb drive as your personal system monitor. You can easily carry it around, and even though it doesn’t include an abundance of modules, it might just be what you need.
