Red Koda Community is a lightweight software application whose purpose is to help you create different types of UML diagrams.

The utility gives you the possibility to generate various types of UML diagrams, namely class, component, composition structure, deployment, object, package, activity, use case, state machine, communication, interaction, sequence, and timing.

Depending on the type of the diagram that you want to define, Red Koda Community comes with support for several predefined objects, such as class, dependency, note, user-defined text message, actor, and association.

Red Koda Community allows you to cut, copy, paste or delete the components from the diagram, move objects to the desired positon using the drag-and-drop support, as well as bring objects to the front or send them to the back. Plus, you can zoom in or out of the diagram and undo or redo your actions.

What’s more, you can copy the selected object from the diagram to the clipboard so you can easily paste it into other applications. The diagrams can be printed or exported to BMP, PNG, or GIF file format.

Red Koda Community offers very good output quality. It doesn’t eat up a lot of CPU and memory, so the overall performance of your system is not hampered.

All things considered, Red Koda Community integrates a basic suite of features for helping you make use of several preset components for designing diagrams, and can be mastered by beginners and professionals alike.
