Anim GIF Library

Designed for both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures, the Anim GIF Library provides programmers and software developers with a lightweight, thread-safe DLL component ready to return frame pictures in animated GIF files.

The downloaded package includes compiled DLL libraries, Delphi units, C++ headers and Delphi tutorials with the source code included. A sample file is available for you to test the library’s functionality quickly, although it is also possible to load your own GIf animations from the local PC.

Anim GIF Library accepts three inputs: file name, PIDL and GIF files in your computer’s memory. The library returns all the frame pictures in the loaded animated GIF as HBitmap picture handles. The embedded tutorials can demonstrate how everything works and what the library can actually do, so that you decide whether it is suitable for your needs and requirements.

There is also a mass loading functionality that relies on a FIFO list and a thread pool. Anim GIF Library features multi-threading support and comes with image resizing options with no compromise on quality.

There are additional options to add customizable shadow and film frame effects to the output using the Professional Thumbnailer Library.
