FlexTracer is designed for developers who want to get an overview on the execution logs of their application. It analyzes EXE files, traces SQL queries and retrieves all the invoked calls, alongside information regarding the execution time, the thread ID, parameters and generated results.

To put it more simple, FlexTracer creates a history log to help you find out what an application does upon execution and how it tampers with the registry and file routines.

It provides support for a variety of database management systems, such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, IBM DB2, PostgreSQL, Oracle, InterBase, Firebird, ODBC, Sybase, and more. It manages to trace query execution with ease, enabling you to get an insight into the operations an application performs, so as to identify delay causes and be able to optimize the code.

Usage is pretty simple, although the application is, obviously, not created for beginners. The 'Tracer' displays information about all the invoked functions and their execution time, enabling you to attach a call to a running process and search for statements using the built-in option. You can merge SQL statements with specific parameters and execute the resulting script in another editor.

The main advantage of FlexTracer is that it enables developers to see details about the database queries performed by their application for themselves, without having to go to the database administrator and go through the endless trace logs the database server generates.

Its IntelliTrace feature makes it possible for you to view the exact SQL statement, not the handle used in an invoked call. Results can be exported to CSV or HTML format for later reference with a single click.
