JuffEd is an easy-to-use text editor created especially for programmers and advanced users to open and apply further modifications to HMTL, CSS or JavaScript code.

The app comes with a built-in syntax highlighting mode for many languages, like HTML, JavaScript or C++, code folding, code completion and multiple charsets.

The app is wrapped in a clear-cut and user-friendly layout with support for multiple opened files and a simple menu. From the menu, you can enable the document view and search results panels.

JuffEd can handle the most commonly used web development file formats, such as BAT, RUN, CC, HPP, CS, HTML, CSS, JS, IDL, PHP, SQL or XML.

From the "Edit" menu, besides the standard commands you can do, like copy, cut and paste, you can also find and replace terms with others, go to a specific line in the code, and convert the text to uppercase and lowercase.

The app lets you wrap the content to the window, zoom in and out, and change the syntax highlighting style from C++, Diff, CSS, Batch, Java, XML, TeX or SQL.

JuffEd 0ffers the option to select the line endings from Unix, Windows and Mac, as well as the charset from Apple Roman, Big 5, ISO 2022-JP, ISO 8859-9, Iscii-Bng, EUC-JP or Windows-1252.

Another nice feature is the ability to mark and favorite particular lines and easily access them from the menu's list. From the options, you can set custom shortcut keys for each function, customize the app's appearance, enable auto-completion and what charsets should be used in the editor.
