FluentHub

FluentHub is a Store app that creates the optimum environment for managing GitHub repositories. Available for Windows 11 and 10, this application can help developers organize their projects and closely monitor issues, ongoing discussions and their overall activity on GitHub.

Needless to say, a GitHub account is needed to use the application. At first launch, you are prompted to login with your GitHub credentials.   Once logged in, a stylish black interface greets you, where all your projects are automatically imported. Repositories are displayed on a list, which allows you to quickly jump from one project to another. In fact, the tab-based display allows you to multitask and access information much quicker and easier than you would on GitHub.

Working with FluentHub requires you to have basic knowledge of the GitHub platform and its structure. Moreover, junior developers will likely feel less overwhelmed by a regular GUI-based wrapper with a clean structure rather than the Github website.

The right-side panel reveals information about all your favorite links and allows you to view recent notifications. Accessing, exploring and searching pull requests, reading and engaging in discussions, exploring organizations and managing stars are just a few of the other things you can do in FluentHub. Moreover, you can preview code, add comments to reported issues, and edit user pinned repositories. With the click of a button, you can also access the GitHub feed.

The clean and well-thought organization of information displayed on GitHub is one of the pluses of FluentHub. It allows you to quickly access repositories and manage all your projects in an organized manner from a desktop-based application with a classic GUI.
