SNUVM

SNUVM, short for SNU Virtual Machine is a simplistic and straightforward piece of software that makes it possible for you to run and execute Assembly code.

In other words, SNUVM provides you with a suitable environment for running the Assembly code and, as expected, needs the physical resources provided by a host.

Assuming you already have Java installed on your computer's system, the application undergoes a surprise-free installation. Subsequent to its installation, you are greeted by a streamlined and simplistic user interface with support for multiple tabs, quite handy when you want to work on multiple projects at the same time.

The application's main window does a good job of providing you with access to the most important features via a small toolbar. You can quickly add new projects, open and save already existing ones and edit the source code.

The toolbar also makes it simple for you to toggle between the Edit Mode and the Debug Mode. Quite interesting is the fact that, SNUVM does not only enable you to run the Assembly code, but it also make it possible to run the programs step by step.

What is more, SNUVM provides you with the possibility to pause, stop and reset the Assembly code compilation process. You are allowed to remove all the breakpoints with only a single click on the main menu.

Almost all your work using SNUVM can be seen or analyzed with the help of the app's messages panels. The Message or Log panel offers feedback by enabling you to view the errors and their positions.

Taking all of the above into careful consideration, SNUVM is a straightforward and unimpressive software solution for running Assembly code. It may come with a functional interface and several modes for running the code, but some modern features would make it an even better app (for example a syntax highlighters or built-in automation tools)
