Easy Blue Print is a useful and feature-rich application designed to help you create floor plans for office and home layouts.

The software utility requires you to create a free account before using it. It offers a modern and well-organized layout with a variety of features, that provides professional-looking 2D constructions of house floor drawings.

There are two important parts incorporated in the program, the first one being the ribbon menu where you have most of the commands and options. It appears as a series of tabs across the top of the screen, making it easy to find buttons and functions. The second important part is the quick access toolbar, which provides shortcut icons to frequently used functions.

You can start creating a sketch by tracing a wall with your mouse from left to right, adding as many as you want. The program remembers your settings after starting to draw and after switching to another application. Plus, you can select the type of wall you want to insert, such as interior, exterior and office, along with its thickness.

The step following the wall design is adding the remaining items, such as stairs (spiral or straight), doors (in different sizes and shapes), as well as windows (e.g. arch, double pane). To make it more realistic, it lets you insert furniture like beds, chairs, dressers, sofas, cabinets and shelves for the kitchen or bathroom. You can put appliances for every room, lights, TVs, and other utilities.

The application integrates editing and styling options for your drawing, enabling you to insert shapes like lines, rectangles and arcs, set the number of sides, as well as write annotations in many font formats. Moreover, you can rotate and flip objects and text, select their colors from a predefined list or pick it from the color spectrum, and set the line type and fill.
