Mecway

Mecway is a specialized software solution that is designed to help professionals analyze finite element packages, no matter the type of projects they are working with (static, dynamic, acoustic, thermal, buckling, and so on).

Even if it's tech-savvy users who want to try Mecway, the included samples can still help them learn their way around the app and experiment with components and materials, loads and constraints, or selections.

Depending on your necessities, you can change the analysis type as you see fit, ranging from Static (2D, 3D, Axisymmetric),  Modal Vibration 2D or 3D, Dynamic Response, Thermal Steady State or Transient, Acoustic Resonance 3D or 2D, or Fluid 2D or Axisymmetric.

You can take advantage of several complementary tools, such as tape measurement, or the calculating of surface area, mass, volume, or center of mass, as well as finding duplicate elements.

To help you get a better perspective on your model, Mecway allows you to switch your viewing mode as you see fit: isometric orientation, front, back, right, left, top or bottom. Moreover, you can change the default mouse behavior to zoom, pan or rotate.

Additional actions are supported, like extrude, revolve, or sweep, and the mesh-related tools are also noteworthy: move, rotate, mirror, scale, loft, hole or fit to curved surface.

When you are pleased with the way your simulations turned out, you can move on to the final step, that of exporting your work to Mecway files, STL, MSH, INP, or even PNG images.

Even though Mecway comes with an intuitive GUI and easy to locate functions, it is best to be used by experts who are familiar with the mechanical and thermal simulations supported by the app, as well as its solutions and components.
