Static Probing

It comes with a database of correlative methods and parameters for the determination of soil types.

The application sports a really intuitive and modern graphical interface with multiple tools that you can check out. It's filled with tips and instructions on how to get accustomed to the layout and discover all of its features.

It doesn't really have customization options, except for the features for arranging icons in the toolbar and making it easier to access only the tools that you need.

You can catalog, parametrise and compare terrain with adjacent borings to gain an insight of the stratigraphy encountered. The stratigraphy of the terrain is derived automatically, for each instrument step, based on the type of lithologic interpretation selected for the instrument.

You can insert layers and it displays lithological evaluations of the strata traversed. The soil section mapping is tailored to other Geostru software and can be generated for lines connecting test borings.

It comes with the options to use penetrometric probes for accurate evaluations of the depth of lithologic boundaries in the substrata, depth of water, breach surfaces on slopes as well as the consistency of the terrain.

It allows you to set statistical value of the resistances for each layer, to use in calculations on the lithologic parameters. You can calculate the arithmetic average of tip resistance in the layer, the maximum resistance and the average incremented by standard deviation of tip resistance in the layer.
