Another component the application comes equipped with is the “Rover” which gives you the possibility to generate a result, based on peptides you validate or not. Each peptide is individually displayed, with details like accession, mean for heavy and light, as well as group ratio. However, more export options are available here, with supported formats like PDF or CSV.
