jV (formerly known as PDBjViewer) is an accessible, easy-to-use instrument that can help you display molecular graphics of protein and nucleic acids.

jV is very useful for people that want to visualize molecule files, or browse various molecules from the Protein DataBase (PDB).

jV is written in the Java programming language and can be run on multiple platforms.
