Code Honor

Code Honor offers you a simple method for protecting private pieces of text, by encrypting the words, so that no other user can decipher them. The software requires that you enter the text you wish to encode, then start the process and watch as the software converts the letters and words to symbols.

Code Honor is designed to encode pieces of text in order to keep them safe from being read by unauthorised users. It presents a simple encryption method that you can use with texts containing exclusively letters. Any numbers, digits or punctuation signs are ignored. The software can only manage texts written in the Latin alphabet. The language of the text is not important for the conversion process.

You need to type the words in the dedicated space or paste the text from clipboard. However, all the blank spaces need to be replaced with slashes, otherwise the encryption algorithm fails. Commas, dashes or other punctuation signs are ignored.

Not only can Code Honor encrypt a certain text, but it can also reverse the process in a short time. You can convert the words in the Compose tab, then recover the information in the Read window. Once the encryption starts, you can stop it at any moment, modify the text, then restart the process.

The encryption is based on character conversion. The Set Code tab is where you can view the encoding correspondents to the letters. By default each letter in the simple Latin alphabet is assigned a numeric code, but you can manually change the number at any time.

Code Honor is easy to use and encodes the input text within a few seconds. It represents one of the simplest methods of protecting private data from being read by other users. However, the software and the tab containing the key code are unprotected, meaning that anyone can decipher the texts if they know about Code Honor. A master password, for instance could possibly make the text decoding more difficult.
