Password Generator

Password Generator is a small software application whose purpose is to help you generate random passwords that can be used for protecting your applications against unauthorized users.

Since this is a portable program, it is important to mention that it doesn’t leave any traces in the Windows Registry.

You can copy it on any USB flash drive or other devices, and take it with you whenever you need to create random passwords on the breeze, without having to go through installation steps.

Password Generator gives you the possibility to specify the length of the password, include upper and/or lower case characters, as well as insert numbers.

By simply clicking on the “Generate” button, the app reveals a password with random characters in the main panel. What’s more, it integrates a dedicated button in the primary window for helping you copy the generated password to the clipboard.

It doesn’t come packed with many configuration settings, and for this reason even rookies can make the most out of every single built-in feature. During our testing we have noticed that Password Generator carries out a task quickly, and no errors showed up throughout the entire process. As it would be expected from such a small utility, it remains light on system resources, so it doesn’t hamper computer performance, nor interfere with other programs’ functionality.

On the downside, there’s no support for features that could help you generate multiple passwords at the same time and export the list with passwords to CSV or TXT file format.

Password Generator proves to be a simplistic piece of software that comes bundled with limited features for helping you generate passwords.
