EmoCheck is a tiny, portable tool designed to help you determine whether this type of malware is also present on your system. The Trojan generates the process name from a specific word dictionary and the C serial drive. The app can simply scan the running processes on the host and find the malware based on this process name.

Emotet is a malware that has been around since 2014 and is widely known as a banking Trojan that sneaks into your computer to steal sensitive information. As years went by, the Trojan evolved and nowadays version includes spamming and malware delivery services.
