Password App is not really a name to do justice to this particular program. In my opinion, this application should be called something along the lines of universal credential storage, mainly because it deals with so many types of security phrases and logins that it would be simply hard to understand what it does by looking at such a simple name. Regardless, it should be noted, this is a great way to keep all your sensitive information in one place without having to worry about it being stolen.

Before we dive into anything else, it should be understood that keeping all your sensitive information in one place presents a permanent risk. Still, this application uses a very secure encryption type, the RSA 4096 bit algorithm, which according to the developer is one of the best when it comes to securing information and preventing it from being stolen and accessed.

Whether you want to store card details, safe combinations, car start phrases, email account data, or simple passwords, the app will ask you pretty much the same details. Of course, it still is a case-by-case situation, in some respects, simply because the provided data may differ. For example, a PIN number for a credit card and the key combination for your safe are pretty much the same thing, but these are named differently based on the context.

Aside from the information itself, be it password, PIN, code, or reference number, a name and URL can be provided, some notes kept on that particular entry, and a security question tied to the particular scenario you are working with. After completing most of the fields required by the app, simply click on the save icon and allow the app to do the rest.

The interface of this particular app, although basic, is quite helpful and intuitive. It might not be easy to grasp all of its options, but one you get the hang of it it becomes a piece of cake.
