TsLsUsers is a console tool that mainly addresses network administrators that overlook the security of Windows Terminal Servers. More precisely, the idea behind the tool is to check the list of users that are using RDP and RDS along with their logoff information. The utility can come in handy in a variety of situation, but especially when you are attempting an update or security, as you can easily just disconnect everyone during the night for instance.

Granted, it can be argued that the same results can be achieved via the standard query user in Windows. According to the developer, the tool comes as an improved version of the query user, quser or logoff commands, especially since the administrator can preview the list of all the users connected to the remote server. Moreover, it can disconnect them all at the same time using a simple tslsusers /logoff command.

Considering that the tool displays a list, it is only natural that it provides some options on how you can view and save it. The app allows you to view all connected users in a tabular format via the tslsusers command. If you want to save the list for later, then the available formats include CSV, JSON and plain text file.
