Backupery For Wunderlist

It’s always to have an extra copy of things at hand, regardless of the domain of activity. Backups are your second chance whenever things go terribly wrong, and they can be performed for nearly any kind of computer data. As such, Backupery For Wunderlist helps you neatly back up your entire Wunderlist profile.

Once the application is installed you can go ahead and running to start creating your first backup. On the bright side of things, you don’t actually have to connect a device or have Wunderlist installed on your computer, because the program connects online to your associated profile and grabs data directly from the source.

As such, one of the main requirements is an active Internet connection for the duration of the operation. Second, you need to provide your Wunderlist credentials, otherwise a backup is not possible. This is done in the settings tab.

The application silently performs the backup operation and can quietly sit in the tray area while this is done. In fact, your only effort narrows down to configuring the profile of interest. You can automate the process by choosing the backup interval, with a default of every 3 days.

The Status tab displays general process info, such as the operation status, size of the last completed backup, as well as time of last and next sessions. You can always manually back up things at the press of a button.

By default, backup files are saved on your computer. You can fully configure where backups are saved, with the possibility to also save them directly to your Dropbox account. Files are delivered under the standard Wunderlist JSON format, so you can easily restore them whenever needed.

To sum it up, Backupery For Wunderlist is a must if you’re a regular user of Wunderlist. It can be set to automatically back up data every now and then, saving the file to a location of choice, including Cloud space.
