The trump card of the utilities stems from the RAID Builder, a tool that simplifies the recovery and restoration of NAS files of any level. The application can handle both simple stripe sets (RAID level 0 and Span Mirror) as well as more complex configurations, such as RAID 5 and 6 for instance. On a side note, the RAID-on-RAID function allows you to work with RAID 50 and 60 if necessary.

Since it can recognize RAID metadata, the app can also specify the drive order and stripe size. Moreover, you can analyze previous file system formats and decide which ones you want to recover.
