Photo Recovery Wizard Kit is one of them. It's a neat software solution designed for recovering deleted or lost photos.

The application installs quickly and it sports a really intuitive and clean graphical interface with multiple tools that you could use. It doesn't come with any customization options or settings that you can adjust for the whole program.

It lacks a help menu, but you can access the developer's website and get detailed information on the program and how to use it.

It allows you to recover photos due to deletion, corruption or formatting of SD card or hard drives. You can recover data from your computer and also digital camera, external hard drives, laptops and desktop, USB Drives, and memory cards.

You simply need to select the drive that you would like to work on, it displays the drive capacity and information. It doesn't take long to scan your drive, but that also depends on how many files you're stored on it. It shows you the free space and capacity of the scanned drive.

It displays all files in a list, arranged into categories based on the file type, like JPG, PNG, BMP and GIF. You can preview your photos and only recover the ones that you need. The trial version won't let you save photos on your computer, you'll need to register in order to do that.
