You can sync your computer to the atomic clock by selecting a name and address from the provided addresses listed by default. On a side note, the servers listed there are only a few public NTP servers and the extension does not allow to include more.

Afterwards, you can select an hourly interval at which you want the utility to check for time differences. In case you need more accuracy for special applications, then you can keep in mind that the utility enables you to adjust only the minutes or seconds with the desired atomic server. Lastly, if you are using proxies, then you can specify the type and fill in the additional information required.
