Hide'Em

Hide’Em is a software program that provides users with a simple means of hiding and showing your HDD partitions, from A to Z.

This tool is portable and therefore, you are not required to go through the installation process. It comes in 7Z format and only requires you to extract the contents in order to use it. If you place the program files to a pen drive, you can take it anywhere with you, and run it on any computer you have been granted access to.

Most importantly, Hide’Em is not going to create new entries in the Windows registry and hard drive without your permission, and it is not going to leave traces behind after its removal.

The interface you are met with presents design which can only be described as plain and simple, as it is only comprised of a few buttons and a drop-down menu. Although Help contents are not provided, all types of users can find their way around it without facing difficulties.

This utility enables you to hide and show all your logical drives with the Help of a built-in list, which contains all the letters from A to Z. All you have to do is select the one that interests you, and click the “Hide Drive” button or the “Show Drive” one. Last but not least, you can choose to apply the settings immediately.

The CPU and memory usage is minimal at all times and therefore, the computer’s performance is not hindered, the response time is good, the interface is user-friendly and our tests did not reveal any errors, crashes or hangs. Hide’Em is a pretty efficient piece of software when it comes to hiding all your partitions from prying eyes.
