Of course, the latest laptops now integrate the ASUS AI Cooling feature, an intelligent system that automatically oversees and adjusts the fans connected to the motherboard based on the workload and temperature.

Asus Fan Control is as a lightweight and open-source solution tailored for ASUS laptops lacking either the Fan Profile or AI Cooling functions. To put it simply, the application is designed for ASUS laptop users grappling with overheating problems and seeking a user-friendly method to take command of the situation.

Within the application's small interface, you'll find the current fan value and RPM on display. You can manually tweak the fan value using the dedicated slider, allowing you to observe if there's a discernible improvement over time. It is worth mentioning that the tool has been tested with ASUS VivoBook 15 X512FL, but there is a good chance that it is compatible with other similar ASUS devices. It doesn’t work with laptops from other manufacturers.
