ResponseMonitor

When you have multiple processes and programs running in the background, it is inevitable that some of them may become unresponsive, and that is where ResponseMonitor comes into the picture.

This program is designed to monitor all active processes on your PC, automatically restart them over a given period, and restart the ones that shut down unexpectedly due to various system-related problems.

The program can be set to monitor all the programs currently running on your PC indiscriminately, or a particular one, as long as you provide the name, the full path of the executable, and whichever startup options you prefer.

ResponseMonitor is lightweight, consuming as many system resources as the OS's default task manager.

It can be set to restart the given program or process at a given time interval that you must provide, which can be measured in seconds.

One limitation of this tool is that besides the automatic restart option, there is not much to do with it other than observing which services are running. You do not have the option to manually stop, pause or restart the process, making it somewhat limited unless the entire system you are running it on is automated in itself.
