AutoClicker

AutoClicker is a very simple-to-use software application developed to automatically press keys for any window on your behalf, in order to speed up user navigation by taking over these tasks which are otherwise repetitive and irritating.

It does not come packed with complex features or configuration settings, so it can be handled by anyone with ease, whether they have previous experience with this type of tools or not.

Installing the program does not take a long time. It immediately launches afterward and gets sent to the system tray area, although this is not indicated through any message. Double-clicking this icon brings up a small panel for configuring settings.

AutoClicker can work for up to nine windows at a time, and all you have to do is write the window title names, indicate the key to press, and activate the autorun command (it may also be disabled at any time). The application takes into account all the new changes as soon as you save them and send it back to the taskbar notifications area.

As expected from such a feature-limited utility, it does not put a strain on computer performance, since it runs on low CPU and RAM. It did not hang, crash or pop up error messages in our tests. However, AutoClicker can easily backfire. For example, it started the autorun sequence for a word processor as soon as we opened a document (although no window popped up) and kept pressing the key until we exited it.

It is possible to create an entire sequence of key presses (e.g. entire messages), but complex ones take a long time to put together. We must also keep in mind that it has not been updated for a while. Nevertheless, the tool may come in handy in some cases.
