Copy Paste File Contents is a very simple and useful software application that enables you to seamlessly copy and paste the contents of a file by opening its right-click menu.

This way, it eliminates the need of actually opening a file to make a selection to copy to the Clipboard. It offers support for text and images only, and it can convert the files to other formats.

The installation procedure is a fast and easy job that doesn't require special attention, since it contains only familiar options. Once finished, the program integrates a new entry into the Windows Explorer shell extension.

From this point on, you can open the right-click menu of files to copy the content. If the Clipboard is already filled, the tool can either overwrite the original content or append the new one.

Text and images can be pasted directly in an existing file (if it supports text or images), or created as new files in any location on the computer.

In this case, it's possible to edit the file name and select the file extension between .bmp, .jpg, .gif, .png, .emf, .tif, .tga, and others (for images), along with .txt, .log, .htm, .html, .xml, .cpp, .c and .h (for text).

We haven't come across any stability issues in our tests, thanks to the fact that Copy Paste File Contents didn't hang, crash or display error messages. Unsurprisingly, it had minimal impact on computer performance, using low CPU adn RAM.
