Sadly, the application doesn’t come with an option to do this, so you might need to manually perform this operation in case the prompt fails to show up.

In conclusion, LegalNotice might not have a high practicality value except for displaying a custom text message before the user has a chance to reach the desktop. You might also need to make some manual tweaks to registry entries, but even so, no harm is done to your computer, even if everything is handled in terms of registries.
