Monitor Manager

The advent and subsequent use of virtual monitors for numerous purposes have increased tremendously, and for good reason, as it enables users to access a secondary “canvas” for performing a wide range of tasks, such as those that pertain to testing applications on different display resolutions, or monitor software and be able to share screens to remote locations or other devices.

Monitor Manager, just as its name subtly suggests, is an application that was designed specifically in order to offer users the specialized means to detect, manage, and control such instances of virtual monitors.

The application features a single-interface approach, and its layout incorporates a handful of features, which enable users to control how the detected monitors and their sub-items are displayed, as well as refreshing capabilities of the detection list.

Once initialized, the application will identify and list all the available virtual monitors, as well as their characteristics, and a series of movable columns offer information that covers resolution, class, captions, and other relevant details. There are dedicated, on-screen controls for toggling and switching between the identified monitors and users will be able to adjust and update the preferred resolutions by inputting the required values in the corresponding fields.
