Ntools

Ntools is a set of tools that provide the user with shortcuts for several network-related actions, and not only that. All tools are built using the CMD mainframe, but most of them are automatic, so do not be deterred by this aspect, as they are simply ON/OFF switches.

Unzipping the archive won't reveal the tools from the beginning. One must run the "NTOOLS" executable to reveal the contents. The waiting times are short. In a matter of seconds, the source folder gets populated.

The tools have informative titles, allowing you to accurately identify their purpose. For example, the first entries will deal with your Firewall status, and they are called FirewallOff and FirewallON. If you are not aware of the Firewall's activity, the firewall-status EXE will help you figure that out. The package contains ON/OFF switches for your internet connection, along with a status verifier, the same as with the Firewall.

Besides the network tools, the kit comes with a file marker and eraser on boot, and a solution for moving files to the TEMP directory on reboot. For users that have trouble with files that refuse to get deleted, the Permanently Delete Files and Folder tool should do the trick. The last ingredient deals with file deletion as well, but it is more of a file shredder, rendering your items unrecoverable. Keep in mind that these last deletion-related tools require a bit of navigation through the CMD dashboard.

NTools is a simple collection of CMD tools designed to act as shortcuts for system processes dealing with firewall and connection activation, and also with file management. Is this a critical pack to have around? Not really, but if you find it useful, nothing is stopping you from giving it a try.
