WinDateChanger

Intended for advanced users and written in C#, WinDateChanger is a free and open-source application that gives you with the possibility to quickly apply new file properties when it comes to the date and time of creation, last modification, and last access.

The Softpedia downloaded package includes a standard setup executable file and a Microsoft Installer package. Just keep in mind that you must have NET Framework 2.0 installed, in order for this app to work properly. After the setup operation is done, you can check out the source code, as well as run the executable file.

Made from a standard form, the interface lets you open file and instruct the application to automatically identify and display its current timestamps when it comes to the created, modified and accessed date and time. These properties can be edited by consulting a calendar or by directly entering the new numerical values in the dedicated boxes. Changes will be committed to the file after pressing the "Write" button.

Worth noting is that WinDateChanger doesn't offer support for batch processing, so it's possible to alter date and time parameters for only file at a time. Confirmation messages pop up after reading and writing a file.
