TCPioneer is a specialized tool that has the role of fixing a commonly known issue with the TCP connection. To put it simply, the program has the role of protecting TCP from being interfered with and can be run both as a standalone client as well as a service.

It is worth mentioning that the utility can be configured in the sense that users can specify a server with IP and port, an IPv6 address, domains, subdomains, changing TCP via methods or activating TTL. To get the TTL, the developer recommends using tracert 8.8.8.8 and setting it for a longer interval compared to the TTL assigned to the IP address node in the user's area. At the same time, the TTL needs to be configured shorter than the one of the server.

Generally speaking, a good TCP connection needs to have a high goodput, as this means the packet stack is optimized and most data passing through the network is relevant. The goodput can address differences between data that was used and packets that were stalled or failed to pass.
