Registry Cleaner lets you look into COM components, file types, programs, shared DLLs, help files, the history list, fonts, shortcuts, as well as start menu and startup items.

Simply select which issues you want to take care of and let Registry Cleaner handle the rest. Plus, you can select or deselect all items, as well as choose the ones recommended by the program.
