File/Folder Description Center is a cataloging system that helps you easily view and keep descriptions of folders and files, ZIP and RAR archives, HTM / HTML pages.

If you click right mouse button on folder or file name in Explorer or other shell you'll see in the context menu the 'File/Folder Description' item. Choose it and File / Folder Description Center window will open. It will display file description from file with descriptions.

Also File/Folder Description Center looks for description inside ZIP and RAR archives and if it presents FFDC displays it. All descriptions File/Folder Description Center keeps in separate database.

So if you will copy or move file to another location File/Folder Description Center displays his  description. If you'll locate database at the network drive you can use it from any PC connected to the network. File/Folder Description Center will automatically create a database of all your folder or file descriptions.
