From the main window, you can point a command either to an existing system command or to an executable file directly using the panel on the bottom part of the GUI.

There’s also a basic main menu that provides you with various basic options. You can add new commands, search for existing ones and edit them, check for updates, or backup or restore your set of commands. This last option allows you to move all your custom commands to and from a newly configured system.
