Smanager

Smanager is a simple to use application that allows you to change system date and time, desktop wallpaper or power options. This lightweight program can come in handy when you need to make a quick change in the system time or safely put your computer to sleep.

Smanager allows you to quickly change the time of your system, regardless of the time zone settings in Control Panel.
