Fornux C++ Superset

Initially based on an idea that Fornux C++ Superset is a specialized source-to-source compiler that was developed in order provide users with the means to perform the injection of deterministic memory managers into their corresponding C or C++ code.

The main advantage of this procedure is that it allows for the creation of better equipped, crash-proof applications, which, consequently, can also be memory-leak free. The working principle of the complier revolves around detecting cyclic references, which are interconnected blocks of memory that never become deallocated.

Providing a minimal resource consumption, the compiler was designed in order to offer unhindered performance in terms of the actual speed of the final, resulting executables. This makes the product highly recommended to be used on embedded devices.

Besides the implicit memory manager insertions and fixing of the memory leaks, the compiler also converts the C code into C++. The applications that will be yielded as a result of using the compiler will be maintained into a real-time fashion, working on most embedded platforms.

When compared to similar apps that have been developed using Java, those that are created using the Fornux compiler are up to 4 times faster and require less memory allocation.
